The Role: Account Executive

Location: Rugby

Status: Permanent

Salary: £19-£23k plus incentives and financial rewards including wellbeing

The Client: We are proud to be representing a business which has been established since 1978. Their core business is to supply & fix, reinforcing steel products.

The Team: Working in a dynamic team of five, the environment can be described as fun, enjoyable and rewarding. A wealth of experience and knowledge is on hand as and when needed. A great team with a superb Manager.

Candidate Profile: As an Account Executive, exceptional customer service, delivering the ultimate customer journey is a prerequisite. Superb communication skills are a must as you will be partnering with some colourful SME clients. You will be PC literate, being trained on our clients inhouse system. The role offers career advancement for outstanding performance.

The Role: Typically, you will be handed over a number of SME accounts from the sales team with a typical spend value of £10k. One of your key responsibilities will be to manage and develop those accounts to its full potential building upon understanding and knowledge of the clients you serve.

Please note, there is no cold calling. This position is purely Account Management using a consultative approach to upselling a wide variety of products.

This role would suit someone in a similar position or a customer service type role.
