The Role: Assembly Operator

Duration: Minimum three months offering an immediate start and retention bonus!

Location: Leamington Spa

Standard Rate:  £12.00phr - £13.45phr plus three-month retention bonus of £300 

Time and third overtime for any hours over 40 hours per week

The Client: Dating back to 1870, this fabulous family-run business supplies high-quality outdoor furniture.

They are now seeking to recruit an outstanding Assembly Operator

40 hrs basic, can be flexi hours, Monday – Friday

Some heavy work, mostly using battery drill/drivers, mostly timber, but some recycled plastic, making up sub-assemblies, stacking ready for treatment, assembling furniture… nothing difficult… warm friendly family atmosphere.

Key criteria – Number one priority - good sense of humour. Secondary requirements, good ‘work ethic’ and good mixer with people. Skills can be taught! This comes directly from the client.
