The Ideal Candidate:

My prestigious client is seeking to recruit an experienced Assistant Site Manager who will work locally on a new housing site. The company has a large pipeline of residential housing projects in the area.

Ideally you will already be working in a similar role with residential experience. The candidate should have at least 2 years’ experience as a Number 2 on site.

It is important that the successful candidate works towards NHBC guidelines and wants to achieve a high level of finish product. Of course, you will hold a SMSTS, First Aid and relevant CSCS Card.
