The Opportunity
We are seeking to recruit an outstanding Client Care Helpdesk Coordinator to elevate our customer experience to the next level. In this role, you’ll be the front-line support, responding to customer care requests and ensuring every issue is handled with precision and care. You’ll work closely with our field service team and contribute to KPIs that measure response time, issue resolution, and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries with 100% attention to detail.
- Listen to customers and understand their needs, ensuring positive interactions.
- Articulate issues clearly and provide calm, helpful resolutions.
- Promote our brand while maintaining excellent communication skills with all stakeholders.
- Achieve key performance targets including response time, fix time, and time-to-closure.
The ideal candidate profile:
- Competent IT and computer skills.
- Sharp attention to detail and the ability to think logically.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A methodical and organized approach to problem-solving.
