Initially the role looks something like this.
· Meet & greet visitors
· Taking telephone calls/messages - forwarding to the correct department
· Placing orders for consumables, managing the order book system, dealing with deliveries and matching invoices to delivery notes.
· Assisting Managing Director – preparation for meetings, notes, organisation of day to day diary
· Supporting other areas of the business when required
Ideal Candidate Profile
· Adapts quickly to new processes and systems
· Excellent organisational and planning skills
· Articulate, with good written and communication skills
· Highly numerate
· Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint
