The Role: Parts Advisor

Location: Wolverhampton

Salary: £25,000 - £27,000 basic OTE £30K

Due to continued expansion, our prestigious high-value client is seeking to recruit Parts Advisors to join their fabulous team at their increasingly busy Wolverhampton branch.

The position will be predominantly dealing with trade counter sales and inquiries with an element of telephone work. You will be computer literate to facilitate accurate parts identification first time, whilst also being able to confirm stock availability. The dealer management system is Kerridge (full training provided) which will be used daily to process customer orders effectively within the system and used for stock management.

The Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Experience of the Automotive Industry or similar
• Customer focussed
• Passionate and driven
• Able to multitask
• Handle challenges effectively
• PC Literate
• Team Player
• Ideally knowledge of vehicle components

Hours of work:

9.00am - 18.00pm Mon – Fri 8.00am - 12.00pm Sat on a rota basis
