The Role: Production Operative

Salary: £10.00phr - £12.77phr

Location: Ryton on Dunsmore

Status: Temporary to Permanent

Shifts: Monday to Friday rotating weeks - 0545-1415 & 1400-2230

Sunday, Monday & Tuesday Nights - 1800 - 0600

Monday to Friday Nights - 2200 - 0600

My Client is a market leader within external flooring currently exporting to over 12 European Countries. Everything they do exudes quality.

• Ideally you will have experience of working within a similar heavy Manufacturing/Production environment
• You will be versatile, flexible, hardworking and committed to delivering an exceptional product to the end user

The nature of the role is physically demanding, ensuring the lines produce the required volumes per shift.

The training is hands on to start with, buddying up with a colleague who will teach you the fundamental processes of the line. This will include operating machinery, rubbing down boards, checking boards for quality, rework, stacking and wrapping

Of course, you will be seeking a permanent role after working a minimum of 13 weeks subject to attendance, timekeeping and overall performance.
