The successful candidate will enjoy overall responsibility for Production Performance in terms of HSE, Quality, Productivity, People Development and Continuous Improvement objectives. (SQDCM)
Managing a team of up to 10 operators with opportunities for progression
Skills and Experience
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience within a manufacturing/production leadership role
- Assembly production experience

Qualifications
- ILM Level 3
- IOSH
