The Role: Sales Support
Location: Coventry CV2
Status: Temporary with a strong possibility of the position leading to a permanent role for the right candidate
Hours of work: Ideally 0900-1700 Monday to Friday. For the right candidate, would flex
Hourly Rate: £12-£15 per hour depending upon experience

The position:
- Follow up live sales inquiries whereby client have requested samples
- Follow up with prospective clients identified by the field sales team
- Book CPD presentations with architects when required
- Book appointments for field-based colleagues
- Phone existing clients to provide business updates & generate new inquiries
- To follow specific campaigns as set on by the business development team leader

- Professional polite telephone manner
- Open and honest attitude to all

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent planning and organisation skills
- Ability to adapt and respond to change
- Able to work on their own initiative
