TPM Engineer

£35-£40k DOE
Shift: 36 hour per week Friday & Saturday 0545-1815 Sunday 0745-2015 plus O/T
My prestigious client (top 50 fastest-growing companies in Coventry and Warwickshire) is now seeking to recruit an exceptional Weekend TPM Engineer to join their high performing team
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct TPM activities to a high standard
- Highlight improvements to relevant TPM standards
- Identify difference to the expected condition of equipment suggest improvements where applicable
- Update required documentation accurately and promptly
- Review site Computerised Maintenance Management Software (CMMS) for allocated task and action / update appropriately
- Implements programs and procedures required to ensure plant cleanliness
- Assists with planning and implementing plant improvements and expansions
- Maintains safety, health and environmental policies and procedures
- Reviews the operation of plant equipment and systems constantly, to minimise unplanned downtime, anticipate solve problems in a timely manner, to identify opportunities for improvement
- Prepares reports, analyses data, and makes recommendations for improving plant operation and solving maintenance related problems
- Ensures all contractors are qualified and insured to work
Ideal Person Specification:
- Excellent time keeping, attendance and work ethic
- Ability to work unsupervised
- Previous experience in a maintenance capacity in a manufacturing environment
- Detailed knowledge of maintenance processes
- Proven evidence of a hands-on approach in previous roles
- Experience within continuous improvement environment
- Relevant engineering qualification
- Exposure to a polyurethane or similar industry preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to analyse and report data effectively
- Excellent planning and organisation skills
- Proven ability of meeting and exceeding internal and external stakeholder requirements
- Ability to adapt and respond to change
