Yard Operative Loader - Rugby

The Role: Yard Operative/Loader (Temporary to Permanent)

Shift: starting on 0700-1630 subject to change to 0500-1430 or 1000- 1930 Mon to Fri 

(Please note once allocated a shift, it will NOT change)

Location: Rugby

Agy Pay Rate: £8.77phr - Overtime paid at Time and one half

The Position:

As a Yard Operative your prime responsibility will be the unloading and loading on vehicles

• The position is mainly working outdoors all year round
• Ideally however NOT essential, you will hold a Counterbalance Forklift licence. If not, once taken on permanently, the client will put you on a course.
• You must hold a UK driving licence as you will be moving vehicles around the yard
• Training will be given on using overhead cranes
• Good work ethic, flexible with the ability to take on instruction
• Ability to read loading docs
• Please note there is lifting involved in the role, hence a physically demanding role

Permanent Salary - £9.50phr
