Are you already an Assistant Site Manager looking to take the next step up to Site Manager by initially finishing off an existing site based in Buckinghamshire under the supervision and guidance of a Senior Site Manager to then move on to your own site in Northamptonshire/ Oxfordshire/ Warwickshire?

Our client is a high-end residential house builder seeking to recruit their next outstanding hire.
The successful candidate may well come from a SME or PLC house builder or have a mixed contracting/house building background. A current CSCS, SMSTS and 1St Aid Certificate is required. You’ll will initially support the Senior/ Site Manager with the entire construction cycle to ensure all deadlines are met and the development is built to the company's high standards. You will also assist in managing all aspects of the building site, including health and safety issues, trades and material co-ordination, site presentation and cost control.
