Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 per annum + bonuses (£2,000–£3,000)
Hours: 08:00–17:00, Monday to Friday (with up to 1 hour for breaks)

About the Client:

Our wonderful client is a fast-growing, family-run business supplying premium hospitality machines, taps and dispensers to offices and workplaces across the UK.

They pride themselves on their professionalism, rapid response, and friendly customer service — values that have earned them an excellent reputation in the industry. As they continue to grow, they are establishing a dedicated Client Care Department and are looking for an experienced, people-focused Client Success Manager to lead it.

The Role

As Client Success Manager, you’ll lead a small client care team to deliver exceptional customer service, acting as the key link between clients and internal departments. You’ll inspire your team, drive service excellence, and ensure every client interaction reflects a commitment to quality and care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop the client care team to achieve high performance
  • Manage client relationships, handle escalations, and resolve issues efficiently
  • Oversee day-to-day client service operations and process improvements
  • Monitor response times, satisfaction, and retention rates
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Scheduling, and Operations teams
  • Provide data-driven insights and reports to management
  • Support onboarding for new customers and maintain excellent communication throughout

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years’ experience in client service, account management, or customer success
  • 3+ years’ experience in a leadership or management role
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and team leadership skills
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Positive, proactive attitude and commercial awareness
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
  • Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
