Location: Norwich Head Office or Central London Showroom
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 5:00pm
Travel: Regular travel to France (minimum twice per month)

As they continue their ambitious global expansion, they are looking for an energetic and commercially driven French Speaking Account Manager to lead the growth of their French distributor network.

This is an exciting opportunity for a fluent French-speaking sales professional who enjoys building relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering measurable commercial results.

The Role

As French Speaking Account Manager, you will take ownership of the French market, focusing on developing new distributor partnerships while strengthening and growing existing accounts. You will work closely with distributors across France, helping them maximise sales performance and achieve ambitious growth targets.

This role offers significant autonomy and responsibility, making it ideal for a proactive sales professional who thrives on targets, relationship building, and market development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and grow the French distributor network.
  • Identify, approach, and onboard new distributor partners.
  • Manage and support existing distributors to maximise performance and revenue growth.
  • Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Manage account budgets and commercial objectives.
  • Conduct regular distributor meetings, both remotely and face-to-face.
  • Travel to France at least twice per month.
  • Monitor sales performance and implement action plans where required.
  • Build strong long-term relationships with distributors and key stakeholders.
  • Attend weekly sales meetings and monthly sales reviews.

About You

You are a motivated and resilient sales professional with a strong commercial mindset and a passion for building successful business relationships. You are comfortable working independently, take ownership of your results, and enjoy identifying opportunities for growth.

Essential Requirements

  • Fluent French speaker (native level preferred).
  • Minimum two years' sales experience.
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, account management, or distributor management.
  • Strong understanding of French business culture and market expectations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated and target driven.
  • Willingness to travel regularly throughout France.
  • Reliable commute to either Norwich or Central London.
  • Ability to attend the Norwich headquarters once per month.
