The Role: Operations Administrator
Location: Uxbridge
Salary: £30k
Status: Permanent
Hours: 0800-1630 (Within reason the client is flexible on hours)
Your Mission: Reporting to the Operations Director, this varied operational role requires someone to wear several hats at any one time, playing a pivotal role for both internal and external customers.

The Position: Operations Administrator
- Assist with arranging installs, including planning/scheduling, and liaising with site contacts.
- Produce all installation related paperwork including RAMS, O&M’s, on-site drawings, and collate completed project sheets from installers as required.
- Produce manufacturing job sheets for warehouse team.
- Be flexible and assist other staff members with additional office duties as required.
- Working alongside the Operations and Finance team to achieve our monthly Invoiced sales target.
- Confirming site access details
- Booking in installations
- Job paperwork production/collation
- RAMS, O&M etc. paperwork production
- Installer communication – proactive/reactive
- Dealing with emails/installation requests/etc
- Phone answering – general operations enquiries related.
- Raising customer invoicing on Sage as required (training will be provided)

- Highly organised and able to assist the Operations Team to ensure that all delivery timescales are met.
- Good people person who can work well with all types of people.
- Flexible and willing to do whatever is required to achieve goals and targets.
- Ability to maintain systems and processes – proactive as well as reactive.
- Creative thinker who can find new solutions and ways to improve existing processes.
- Great attitude to help maintain the company culture and atmosphere.
- Competent with IT, including all standard Microsoft programmes.
- Confident in customer service including phone calls and emails.
- High standard of communication skills ability
