Production Operatives - Coventry

The Position: Production Operative 

Pay Rate: £15.87phr

Shift: Monday to Thursday 0600-1800

Status: Temporary to Permanent – Qualifying period 13 weeks

Location: Ryton on Dunsmore

The Client: Family-run business established early 2000 producing World Class Products for the Construction Industry. Due to continued growth and expansion, we are now recruiting!

The ideal candidate profile:

·Experience within the Manufacturing sector or similar

·Be able to demonstrate employment stability

·Due to location must be self-reliant

·A real team player

·Enthusiastic, committed, hardworking, outstanding timekeeping and attendance record.

The Role:

·Instrumental in producing world class composite boards and associated products

·Machine operation

·Preparation

·Implementation

·Quality checking

·Rubbing boards down

·Stacking

·Basic maintenance of line and work areas

·Reworking

The nature of the work will include manual handling duties.
