The Role: Quality Manager

Salary: £40-£50k depending upon experience

Looking for a new career? We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional Quality Manager for our client in Towcester.
Your Mission: You will manage and lead a small supportive quality team to integrate quality department activities into the core operations of the company. You will develop and manage the quality control and quality assurance procedures, ensuring contract requirements are met and as part of the company’s management team they will help to drive continuous improvements throughout the workplace.
Ideal Candidate Profile: The successful candidate will have experience of managing people within a quality department. You should have thorough understanding of quality standards; ISO9001 / AS9100 / NADCAP and experience of the audit process.
Experience in the field of coatings, shot peening or other surface treatments would be beneficial; as would experience of key market sectors such as aerospace or motorsport. However this is not essential and full training and support would be provided as necessary during an induction period.
