Hours: 42.5 per week

Your Mission: Due to continued expansion, our exceptional family run client is seeking to recruit an outstanding Sales Manager/Customer Growth Manager to lead, develop and coach their account management team. You will also have full responsibility of managing your own accounts, delivering growth and opportunities whilst maintaining excellent relationships with customers.

The Position:

Account Management

  • Qualifying and identifying gap analysis of opportunities in the account base.
  • Growing accounts with positive commercial management; actively unlocking and maximising sustainable growth.
  • Implementation of collaborative Business Plans which deliver mutually beneficial growth.
  • Engage in opportunity generating activities.
  • Regular contact of all accounts including F2F and remote methods.

Team Leadership

  • Continuously sharing best practice and embed a culture of coaching and development that improves the commercial capabilities and standards of the whole team.
  • Strong problem-solving ability with the judgement and skills to analyse customer data.
  • A strategic thinker that will help structure a differentiated channel strategy.
  • Strengths in analysis, planning and forecasting will be beneficial.
